Lower back pain is the most common thing that Chiropractors treat in Chilliwack. It can be caused my many many things. During your initial visit with us we will do a history and physical exam to determine what is the cause of your pain, and work with you to discover the best way to help. Often treatment includes an active and a passive component. When I say active think things like exercises or stretches or even something as simple as practicing the painfree method of putting on your shoes. Passive care are the things that I will do to you, things like manual therapy, soft tissue work, and or orthotics prescription. I will go into detail in a lower section about all the things that can cause lower back pain to give you an idea of what to look out for.

Neck pain is a very common reason to attend the Chiropractors office in Garrison, Chilliwack BC. Pain in the head often called headaches are one of my most favorite things to diagnose and/or treat. What is causing the head pain is often a challenging one. Is it my neck, is it my eye, might it even be a stroke? These are sometimes very challenging questions. Do you find yourself shaking your hand trying to get the pins and needles to go away when you wake up in the middle of the night or when you sit in your favorite chair for too long? Pins and needles are often a symptom of a pinched nerve. Often people come in thinking that they have a pinched nerve because they have pain, but the main symptoms I am looking for as a doctor to determine if a nerve is pinched is numbness or tingling or burning pain.
